United Kingdom: Stockport - Barry O’Brien, who is listed as having the World's Largest Penis, is suing Viagra after a mishap at his home in Stockport, Greater Manchester.
According to O’Brien, "I took the drug to see if it would help me, well you know! But it acted so fast my todger poked me right in the eye!"
The resulting condition caused intensive swelling to not only his huge penis, but to his right eye as well. O’Brien was briefly hospitalized and then released.
The lawsuit is similar to the ones O’Brien filed last May against a revolving door manufacturer and lawn mower company, alleging men with gigantic penises are unfairly subjected to risks associated with mechanical apparatus. Now certain pharmaceuticals are on his lawsuit list as well.
As O’Brien put it, "Try using an escalator while wearing a bathing suit! Or walking through a revolving door! Any minute you are fearing an accident. Now, I have to worry about enhancement drugs as well!"
Guinness World record keepers announced it dispatched a judge to check on Barry and found his record setting member is still 'the worlds largest' and the drug accident, though unfortunate, didn't effect his standing in the record book.
An unspecified amount of damages have been requested from the courts. The trial phase starts next Monday.
